Max and his auntie T playing around a little while back. 😀
Max has always loved the rain, but more so now. Yes, that’s right – that is a Thomas the Tank Engine umbrella, along with matching wellies. He wanted to bring his Thomas bag to pre-school, but mummy said he could bring it another time, as they were running late.
By the time Max arrived at pre-school, he was soaking wet from jumping in every single puddle he came across. Grinning to himself, he was highly amused, but mummy wasn’t. Luckily, she always keeps an extra set of clothes there. 🙂
Max loved his new paddling pool, and managed to get good use out of it during the summer break. A great way for him to entertain himself (under the watchful eye of his mummy), as well as to keep cool. The second picture was him indicating that absolutely no-one was allowed in with him!
On this particular day, he was in the paddling pool for eight hours. Yes, that’s right, eight hours! Mummy had to keep pulling the pool into the shade when possible, as well as rubbing him with sun lotion. as he did not want the fun to end.
Needless to say, it was mission impossible to convince him that time was up until another day, as it was getting late.
Mummy is not quite sure as to whether or not he has forgiven her yet! 🙂
Max stroking one of the neighbour’s cats. Mummy taught him to be compassionate to animals.
He’s doing a great job. Mummy is so proud of him.
OK, maybe the cat has had enough now!
Random – yoga anyone?
Honest, it’s great fun!
I guess they’ll do their own thing now.
Or maybe Max will act like a cat. 🙂
Mummy took Max to a local fun fair for the first time. He was a bit apprehensive at first, but then decided he would try a few of the rides. This was his favourite.
So much so, we went on it again…
Next, was the dodgems. Looking a little scared, he holds on to mummy, whilst she tries to reassure him he is safe with her. Also, at that time of the day, it wasn’t too busy, so she would go at a slow pace for him.
He waves nervously to the camera. Once the ‘ride’ started, he decided he was not a fan and wanted to get off.
After being such a brave and good boy, he was rewarded with this rather large lollypop! Mummy told him it was too much sugar all at once, but he didn’t care and tried anyway. Needless to say, mummy was right! 😀
Please note: Max is in his stroller because he cannot be bothered to walk anywhere. If mummy does not bring it with her, she’ll have to carry him instead!
