Great Weather for the Park

Yesterday, we had lovely weather in London. It certainly called for a trip to one of our local parks.

Max enjoyed his choice of ice cream, the classic Cornetto.

Not sure what this was, upon inspection, it was a covered seated area which was locked. Unfortunately, there was nothing around with any information about it.

The trees were bare, but beyond them, you can just about see the wonderful architecture of the building.

Max caught me taking a photo of him, so stopped to wave.

Then went back to eating his ice cream.

He insisted that I took pictures of the “beautiful flowers”.

These were his favourite.

Daffodils. A sign of Spring.

You know I was thinking that as I sat outside my sons school today, that it just made me feel good. I’m actually visiting London at the end of the month so I’m hoping this lovely weather lasts xx

I can just feel the Spring erupting there. We are having some rather miserable weather at the moment – the return of winter. Thanks for sharing your lovely photos, Persia. They do lift the spirit.
